- Governance, Compliance & Reporting: Coordinate Business Continuity, Cyber Resilience application inventory, and assessment data collection across Group subsidiaries and managed properties. Support internal/external IT audits, policy compliance checks, and evidence collection. Produce recurring operational reports (e.g., weekly Network & Infrastructure reports, System Admin & Identity updates) and assist in creating dashboards tracking key metrics.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation of local IT assets, network diagrams, system access procedures, standard operating procedures, and user guides. Provide basic orientation and coaching to new hires on internal tech tools.
