Job summary

Apparel Group - UAE is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels for all brands across the UAE and GCC, coordinating import/export shipments for both brands.

You will monitor inventory movements, maintain daily shipment and invoice records to identify replenishment needs, and implement robust inventory control processes. This role supports cost-controlling systems and generates reports for F&B controls across operations.

• Generating Reports for F & B Controls
• Food and Beverage control systems and procedures
• Outlined variance analysis for food & beverage.
• Monitoring Menu items consumed.
• Supporting in Incentive Programs.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
