Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee site inventory operations across assigned locations, optimizing stock, controlling costs, and ensuring accuracy in line with food safety and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, processing receipts and transfers, conducting regular stock counts, investigating variances, and preparing inventory reports to support menu engineering and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Experience with MC, Micros or similar inventory systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and process stock movements.
• Receive, inspect, label, and restock inventory items.
• Record stock receipts, transfers, and wastage in inventory systems daily.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile records.
• Investigate variances and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare and share inventory reports for operations and cost control.
