Job summary

R&B Fashion in the UAE (Dubai) is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels for both brands across UAE and GCC regions. You will handle ordering for import/export shipments, maintain daily shipment and invoice records, and implement robust inventory controls.

The role involves coordinating with all departments for inventory accuracy, organizing the cost control system, generating F&B control reports, and analyzing variances in food & beverage usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to monitor shipments and invoices.
• F&B inventory knowledge is a plus.

Manage inventory and stocks for both the brands for all UAE and other GCC countries. Ordering for all import and export related shipments for both brands.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

• Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement


• Maintain daily records of shipments and invoices to see what products need to be replenished


• Implement Inventory Control


• Coordinate with all department for inventory


• Organize the cost controlling system


• Generating Reports for F & B Controls


• Food and Beverage control systems and procedures


• Outlined variance analysis for food & beverage.
