Job summary

PACT Employment Services in Dubai (Jebel Ali) is seeking an Inventory Management Executive for a full-time role. You will manage end-to-end inventory, handling receipts, inspections, storage, and issuance while maintaining stock accuracy in ERP records.

Applicants should have hands-on inventory operations experience and strong ERP knowledge (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX) with a solid understanding of SCM, including Purchasing and Material Management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with inventory operations.
• Strong ERP systems knowledge, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Good understanding of SCM, including Purchasing, Inventory, and Material Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic/Interim inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.

• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, project teams & Production for material planning.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and inventory control procedures.
• Generate inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports.
