Job summary

IDEAL SWEET AND PASTRY (S.P.S - L.L.C) in UAE seeks an Inventory Controller to monitor daily stock movements, maintain ERP/SAP records, and coordinate receiving and dispatch activities at the Ajman plant. 6 days a week onsite, with travel as needed.

You will conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure documentation accuracy while supporting audits and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field, with

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory control or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is required.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities are essential.
• Good communication and coordination with production, procurement and warehouse teams.
