Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a housekeeping supervisor role at a five-star hotel.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
• Be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure seamless service and highest standards.
• Conduct daily room inspections and supervise a team of 4-5 Room Attendants.
• Perform housekeeping quality audits and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all areas and shifts.
• Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings to optimize operations.
