Job summary

Saeed Ahmad Lootah Charity Foundation seeks a Corporate Hospitality Coordinator to manage hotel operations-related guest services and VIP arrangements in the GCC. You will coordinate with multiple departments to deliver seamless hospitality for executives, employees, clients, and visitors.

Applicants should have UAE hospitality experience, strong customer service and English communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/hospitality experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Experience in corporate hospitality, guest relations, front office, events, or hotel coordination is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional presentation and a corporate service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to deal confidently with VIPs, executives, and corporate clients.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS or event-management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day corporate hospitality and guest services
• Manage hospitality arrangements for executives VIPs clients and corporate visitors
• Coordinate with Front Office Housekeeping Food Beverage Facilities and other departments
• Arrange meeting rooms refreshments catering guest accommodations and special requirements
• Coordinate corporate events meetings conferences and business functions
• Maintain professional communication with clients guests hotel teams and service providers
• Monitor service delivery and ensure corporate hospitality standards are consistently maintained
• Handle guest requests feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Prepare schedules reports guest lists and other hospitality-related documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of required services
• Ensure all hospitality activities are delivered according to company policies and service standards
