Job summary

Alrais Group in Dubai is seeking two Hospitality Sales Coordinators to drive sales, manage client relationships and coordinate hospitality services. The role requires meticulous communication and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should have extensive hospitality sales experience including event planning, group reservations and CRM reporting.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in hospitality sales, catering or reservations.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, hotel booking systems and event planning.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience with event sales and group reservations in hotels or restaurants.
• Familiarity with UAE hospitality industry standards and client preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales proposals contracts and negotiations with clients.
