Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a General Manager for a South-East Asian restaurant on-site in Ras Al Khaimah. The candidate will lead all aspects of operations, ensuring service quality, brand positioning, and profitability.

The role requires 3-4 years in fine dining with high daily covers, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and a passion for wine and guest service. International experience is advantageous; WSET 2 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position in fine dining with an average of at least 50 covers per day.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control for restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including service, culinary, people, and financial performance.
• Ensure flawless execution of service standards, guest engagement, and brand positioning.
• Drive top-line revenue while controlling costs and labor productivity.
• Monitor daily performance and implement improvements where needed.
• Lead, coach and develop department heads and team members to build a performance-driven culture.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development, promotions, and guest personalization.
• Analyze guest feedback and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing and hygiene regulations are met.
