Wynn Al Marjan Island invites a seasoned General Manager for its South-East Asian restaurant to lead a high-touch F&B operation. You will oversee service, culinary alignment, people leadership, and financial performance to drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes brand standards, menu collaboration, and personal engagement with VIP guests in a luxury resort setting. A strong background in fine dining and global exposure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' GM experience in fine dining with ~50 covers/day.
• Gault Millau 2–4 hat experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in hospitality management preferred; WSET2 advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.
• International exposure in top markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, culinary, people, and financial performance.
• Ensure flawless service standards, guest engagement, and brand positioning.
• Drive top-line revenue while controlling costs, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor daily performance and implement improvements.
• Coach and develop department heads and team members.
• Collaborate on menu development, promotions, and guest personalization.
• Analyze guest feedback and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing and hygiene compliance.
• Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and regular patrons.
