Responsibilities

Participate in customer and internal meetings to understand business requirements, priorities, and challenges.
Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Support senior leadership during customer meetings, workshops, and executive reviews.
Track IT delivery initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely closure of action items.
Prepare meeting summaries, project updates, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process improvement, and technology adoption.
