Dubai Holding is seeking an Executive Director – Organisation Effectiveness to lead the Group’s Organisation Effectiveness function, aligning structures, plans, and governance with business strategy. The role shapes design principles, headcount and job architecture, and drives data-driven decision-making across the Group.

Competenze

• 12-15 years of experience in organisation design, organisation effectiveness, or HR strategy with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven track record leading large-scale restructuring and transformation programmes across multiple entities.
• Experience advising executive leadership and governance committees on structural and workforce decisions.

Mansioni

• Define and manage the Group People Strategy and governance aligned to strategy.
• Own and govern organisation design principles and headcount reviews across entities.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring governance and talent lifecycle programs.
• Oversee data integrity, reporting and analytics to inform executive decisions.
• Manage the Organisation Effectiveness team and drive continuous improvement.
