Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a senior HR leader to drive employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and culture across the group. You will translate market insight and workforce data into evidence-based people strategies and scalable programmes that improve retention and performance.

You will partner with CHROs, EXCO and cross-functional leaders, design ROI-focused interventions, build dashboards, and lead large-scale initiatives across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 15-17 years of progressive HR experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience leading employee engagement, wellbeing, culture or EX initiatives.
• Proven ability to build business cases and ROI for major programmes.
• Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and listening programs.

Responsibilities

• Influence and lead the strategy for engagement, wellbeing, recognition and culture.
• Design, implement and scale programmes, frameworks and standards across the Group.
• Establish robust measures and dashboards to track outcomes and ROI.
• Partner with Heads of HR, EXCO and cross-functional leaders to embed initiatives.
• Lead multi-country programmes with governance, milestones and accountability.
• Benchmark against global practices and drive continuous improvement.
