Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in the UAE is seeking a senior Transaction Banking leader to drive growth for Sovereign Wealth Funds and Financial Sponsors clients. You will shape the GTx solutions, structure complex trade and cash management deals, and work with coverage teams to expand the portfolio.

In this role you will manage risk, collaborate with regional stakeholders, and deliver high-quality client experiences while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent discipline.
• 12+ years Transaction Banking experience with specialized knowledge in Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Management, Core Trade Finance and Value added trade.
• Strong origination capability coupled with excellent customer orientation & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and refresh sales strategy for the SWF portfolio.
• Identify and develop GTx business opportunities in the UAE.
• Lead Cash and Trade product growth with coverage teams in UAE.
• Design and implement bespoke open account solutions (SCF & RF).
• Structure liquidity and liabilities solutions to drive CASA growth.
• Manage regulatory risks in Cash and Trade and ensure compliance.
