eMagine Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant who can own the end-to-end delivery of high-value mandates, operating confidently with senior stakeholders and delivering on outcomes with pace and precision.

You’ll craft search strategies, map talent, and guide clients through the hiring process, from calibration to close, while preserving a strong candidate experience and delivering measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience delivering on senior/specialist/hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience handling mandates for high-level clients (Directors, Heads, VP/CSuite).
• Strong head-hunting, passive sourcing and talent pipelining.
• Consulting mindset: challenge briefs and align stakeholders with market realities.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into a clear search strategy and outreach plan.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across executive search and specialist hiring.
• Advise hiring managers with market mapping, salary benchmarking and timelines.
• Build defensible shortlists with evidence-based assessment and structured interviews.
• Manage the full candidate journey from outreach to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate experience with fast, high-quality delivery.
• Provide tight delivery reporting on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
