Al Ansari Exchange in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Corporate Sales professional to identify and onboard new business customers while maintaining excellent service for existing clients.

You will strive to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong relationships across the UAE corporate market, ensure AML/KYC compliance, and report activities to leadership. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic payments ecosystem.

To identify and onboard potential corporate customers, while retaining existing customers, to achieve set targets and ensure the best customer experience.

B. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Research and identify new business opportunities, including new market areas and new ways to reach the market.
• Onboard clients by understanding and meeting their requirements.
• Prepare proposals on products and services to acquire new clients.
• Foster and develop strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets by onboarding and assisting new and existing clients.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily activities, weekly and monthly sales, onboarding, revenue target achievement, customer feedback, etc., to the immediate line of authority.
• Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) onboarding procedures and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening for corporates are conducted in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to the Company's Anti-Money Laundering Policies and Procedures in conjunction with the standards issued by the Central Bank of the UAE and the Federal Laws of the UAE.
• Ensure the confidentiality of information.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required by the immediate line of authority.

C. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE Experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of the UAE corporate market and exchange rates
• Experience in the financial services, banking, exchange house, remittance, or payment industry is preferred
• Good understanding of Corporate Remittance, WPS (Wage ProtectionSystem), Payroll Solutions, and Cross-Border Payment Services
• Proven track record in achieving sales target and acquiring new corporate clients
