We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah. Our restaurant is a vibrant and exciting place to work, and our Executive Chef will be a vital part of our team.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills and have the ability to work under pressure. The Executive Chef must have extensive knowledge of food preparation, specific cooking methods and flavours as well as excellent presentation skills.

We require the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional chef
• A qualification from a recognised institution or equivalent in food preparation/cooking
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
• Ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking
