Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Culinary Division, overseeing all kitchen operations across outlets and events, and driving the culinary vision in line with Rosewood’s luxury standards.

You will develop innovative menus, manage food costs and labor, mentor a diverse team, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with F&B, Events, and Marketing to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Extensive leadership experience in luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant culinary operations.
• Exceptional culinary expertise across multiple cuisines and large-scale banquets.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive operational and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all culinary operations ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, creativity, and presentation across all outlets and events.
• Develop innovative menus, culinary concepts, and seasonal offerings to enhance the hotel's reputation and guest experience.
• Drive financial performance through effective management of food costs, labor, productivity, inventory controls and waste reduction initiatives.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance throughout all kitchen operations.
• Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to support business objectives and revenue growth.
• Monitor culinary trends and industry best practices to maintain a competitive and innovative dining portfolio.
• Champion operational excellence while aligning offerings with Rosewood’s luxury brand standards.
