Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar culinary leadership role.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily menus with the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Oversee purchasing, sanitation, food preparation, storage, and other kitchen operations.
• Monitor kitchen staff performance to ensure they adhere to proper food handling procedures.
• Develop recipes and menu items that meet customer needs.
• Ensure all food products are stored properly in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Establish portion sizes and plating guidelines.
• Schedule staff shifts according to business demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and record any discrepancies.
