Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or cook in a professional kitchen.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present innovative dishes to restaurant standards.
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients.
• Monitor stock, plan menus and liaise with front-of-house during peak times.
• Participate in menu planning.
