Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a high‑volume restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance, repair and safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure; excellent written and verbal communication; strong understanding of nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Developing new menu items and recipes based on customer trends and feedback.
• Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the kitchen staff, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Implementing safety standards in the kitchen and ensuring food safety regulations are followed.
