PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Executive Chef specializing in Kenyan cuisine to lead our kitchen team in a high-end restaurant setting.

You will design authentic menus, manage inventory and costs, train staff, and ensure top-notch cleanliness, safety, and food quality. Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required; we offer a competitive salary of 1,500 USD per month plus accommodation and visa sponsorship. A proven record of leading diverse teams under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of Kenyan cuisine including traditional cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a diverse kitchen team.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain quality standards.
• Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities
