Executive Chef

Executive Chef in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and help create exceptional culinary experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating new dishes, and ensuring that all food is prepared according to the highest standard of quality.

The ideal Executive Chef should have a minimum three years experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills. The ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity and innovation, as well as manage a busy kitchen is essential. A sound knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques is also required.

Primary duties of the Executive Chef include:

• Developing new dishes to continually update the menu.


• Creating menus that appeal to different tastes and dietary requirements.


• Working closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are used at all times.


• Ensuring strict adherence to food safety regulations in order to avoid contamination or spoilage.


• Allocating staff duties and monitoring their performance throughout service hours.
  
• Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, forecasting needs, and controlling costs within budget constraints.


• Training kitchen personnel on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures.
