Job summary

Woopel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen, craft innovative menus, and drive top-quality meals. You will oversee staff, ensure excellent service, and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in a senior culinary role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a culinary Arts degree or certification preferred but not essential. Arabic is a plus.

Executive Chef - Dubai (1200 Salary)

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and have a love for creating unique and delicious dishes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring they are providing excellent customer service while producing top quality meals. They will be expected to create innovative recipes, analyze food costs, maintain impeccable hygiene standards, and ensure efficient operations. The Executive Chef should also have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef or in a similar role, as well as excellent cooking skills. A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not essential. We are looking for someone who is creative and has a passion for food with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The successful applicant should also possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have strong communication skills. The ability to speak Arabic is an asset but not essential for the position.

We are offering an attractive salary package of 1200 per month plus benefits including accommodation, transportation allowance, medical insurance, and annual leave allowance. We are ready to consider applications from international candidates with valid work permits in Dubai.
