Job summary

Work in USA is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in Dubai for Indian and Egyptian cuisine. You will lead the kitchen, create menus, oversee prep and plating, and maintain high quality standards. English-speaking leadership required to communicate with staff and guests.

Key responsibilities include menu development, staff training, inventory control, cost monitoring, health and safety compliance, and collaboration with other departments for events. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining Indian/Egyptian cuisine.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledgeable of traditional Indian/Egyptian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong leadership to mentor, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.

Responsibilities
