Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Executive Chef to lead our restaurant kitchen. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and ensure every dish meets top quality and safety standards.

In a fast-paced environment you will motivate the team, coordinate with suppliers, train new staff, control inventory and create new recipes to excite our guests. We offer a competitive salary package of 1300 AED per month with meals on duty and a transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong menu planning and food presentation skills.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Passion for nutrition and diet considerations.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus in collaboration with kitchen staff.
• Order ingredients from approved suppliers.
• Oversee food storage to ensure freshness.
• Train new kitchen staff members on procedures.
• Ensure that all dishes meet high quality standards.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Create new recipes to keep customers excited about dining at our restaurant.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks of kitchen equipment and supplies.
