Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE.
• Extensive experience in all sections of both Arabic and Western kitchens.
• Proven ability to develop and design menus.
• Skilled in creating standardized recipes and managing Food Cost.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Holder of a valid HACCP Certificate with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining HACCP systems.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 5-star hotels or large-scale restaurants.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills with experience in supervising teams and daily kitchen operations.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
