JOB DESCRIPTION

As Executive Chef, you will lead and manage culinary teams, providing assistance in menu creation, recipe development and kitchen operations. You must ensure that all food meet the standards for quality and safety, as well as maintain inventories, food costing and purchases. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to maintain the utmost customer satisfaction.
