Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be Arabic-speaking, with 6+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant—preferably in the real estate industry. A background in sales or strategic management is a must. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs while ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive-level support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a strategic and business-focused approach.
  • Assist in real estate project coordination, sales reports, and market research when required.
  • Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, decision-making processes, and business planning.
  • Handle communication in Arabic and English with government authorities, clients, and partners.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and follow-ups related to real estate transactions and business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in sales coordination or strategic management support is a plus
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership/CEO.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector (mandatory).
  • Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Preferred Profile
  • Candidate currently based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional executive presence.
