Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Confidential is seeking an experienced executive assistant to the CEO. You will manage the CEO’s calendar across time zones, screen requests, and prepare agendas and materials for meetings.
You will coordinate international travel, be the trusted liaison with the board and leadership, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. The role demands tech-savviness, strong English communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
Some people manage calendars. You'll run the operating rhythm of a C-suite. You'll be the first to know, the last to leave a loose end, and the reason the leadership team walks into every meeting prepared. If you're the person everyone already calls when something has to go right, keep reading.
Command the calendar. Run the CEO's diary across time zones, protect focus time, and say "no" gracefully on their behalf.
Be the gatekeeper and the bridge. Screen and prioritize requests, and serve as the trusted link between the CEO, the board, the leadership team, clients and partners.
Make every meeting count. Prepare agendas, briefing packs and presentations; take minutes; and chase action items until they close.
Move the CEO around the world. Plan international travel end to end, including flights, visas, hotels, itineraries and contingency plans.
Run the leadership rhythm. Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, reviews and high-profile client visits.
Handle what's confidential. Manage sensitive correspondence, contracts and information with complete discretion.
Get ahead of things. Spot conflicts, gaps and risks before they surface, and flag them with a proposed fix.
Own special projects. Take on strategic initiatives and research assigned by the CEO, from first draft to finish.
Work smarter with tech and AI. Use AI assistants and digital tools to draft, summarize, research and automate routine work, so the CEO's office runs faster every month.
Bonus points for: experience with board-level reporting, exposure to GCC or international stakeholders, or familiarity with project tracking tools.
