Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an experienced MS Infrastructure & Collaboration SME in Dubai to lead on-premises Exchange Server administration within a live enterprise environment. The role requires hands-on expertise across Exchange Server, DAGs, certificates, mail flow, and hybrid configurations.

You will manage AD DS, Entra ID, and related Microsoft 365 services, while developing PowerShell automations and driving incident resolution for complex outages.

Qualifications

• Min 8 years' hands-on Exchange Server On-Premises administration in a large enterprise.
• Experience with DAGs, certificates, transport services, mail flow, and hybrid configurations.
• Strong AD DS, DNS, GPO, and Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/SME-level Exchange On-Premises support and outage resolution.
• Manage Exchange Hybrid configurations with Exchange Online.
• Administer AD DS, Entra ID, DNS, and hybrid identity health.
• Develop PowerShell automation for operational tasks.
• Lead incident root cause analyses and patching activities.
