Job summary

Client of Salt in Dubai is seeking an Event Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of high-impact Technology and AI events. You will lead planning, delivery, and post-event evaluation, coordinating with speakers, sponsors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

The role demands strong project management, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end B2B events, conferences, exhibitions or corporate events.
• Experience delivering Technology, AI, digital or innovation-focused events is mandatory.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, speakers, partners and suppliers.
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on delivering high-quality attendee experiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, venues, production and onsite delivery.
• Support speaker and stakeholder management including senior executives and industry leaders.
• Ensure events are delivered to a high standard on time and within budget.
• Track event performance, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve future events.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial planning and concept development through to delivery and post-event evaluation
• Plan manage and deliver owned B2B events including executive breakfasts roundtables workshops webinars and other high-impact business experiences
• Coordinate with internal teams speakers sponsors partners and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event timelines budgets logistics venues production and onsite delivery
