Dubai-based hospitality events team seeks an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our operations in Dubai. Freshers are welcome; experience in Hotel Management, particularly F&B, is encouraged.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering seamless events with strong client and vendor liaison. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational abilities, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to travel to venues across Dubai.

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing events.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and service staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Support event setup, service arrangements, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure that hospitality and service standards are maintained throughout events.
• Assist in managing event schedules, requirements, and logistics.
• Coordinate with the operations team to address event-related requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and the smooth execution of events.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Event Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. Candidates with a background in Hotel Management particularly Food amp Beverage F amp B are encouraged to apply. Freshers are welcome. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills a positive attitude and an interest in event planning and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing events

Educational background in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage (F&B). Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.

Must hold a valid UAE residence visa of their own.

Must possess a valid UAE Driving Licence (DL).

Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel to event venues across Dubai as required.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
