Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a driven SME Sales Executive to join the BYD Fleet Team in Dubai. You will identify, develop and grow relationships with SME and fleet customers across the UAE, promoting BYD electric mobility and transitioning businesses to sustainable transport.

The role focuses on building trust, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to drive fleet growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in B2B sales, fleet sales, major account management, or related.
• Experience with automotive, fleet, mobility or commercial solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of EVs, charging infrastructure and sustainable mobility is highly valued.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new SME and fleet business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers, fleet operators, leasing companies, and decision-makers.
• Present and promote the BYD electric mobility proposition using a consultative approach.
• Achieve monthly vehicle sales and revenue targets while maximizing profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, and reporting in CRM and SAP.
• Stay informed on EV trends, charging solutions, competitors, and opportunities.
• Support customers through the sales lifecycle from prospecting to delivery and aftersales.
