Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the United Arab Emirates.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with electric vehicle or luxury automotive brands is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent BYD professionally and provide customers with accurate information about its electric vehicle range.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their preferences and mobility needs.
• Guide prospective buyers through the complete sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover.
• Arrange and support vehicle demonstrations and test drives to help customers evaluate BYD products.
• Explain relevant electric vehicle features, technology and ownership benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
• Build customer confidence through transparent communication, product knowledge and professional service.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and aftersales teams to support sales outcomes.
