Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (MEA) is seeking an EUC Lead to oversee end-user computing across incidents, onboarding and device lifecycle management. The role requires strong leadership of service desk teams, SLA governance, and collaboration with vendors and client stakeholders.

You will manage Windows endpoints, AD, M365/Azure AD and Intune, plus VPN/VDI/Citrix, ITIL-aligned operations, and drive continuous improvements for service continuity across geographies.

Qualifications

• What candidates must have: leadership of EUC support, ITIL-based operations and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Windows endpoints, AD, GPO, M365/Azure AD and Intune administration.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, P1/P2, and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUC service delivery, incidents, onboarding and device lifecycle activities.
• Oversee service desk staffing, queue management and SLA dashboards.
• Coordinate major incident bridge calls with stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain CMDB, asset records and software compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance across geographies.
