Job summary

talabat is seeking a hands-on IT Engineering Manager to own Enterprise Applications — devices, collaboration tools, and identity for employees across markets. The role blends 70–80% technical execution with 20–30% people leadership, operating with autonomy to scale standards and automation across markets.

You will guide endpoint management, SaaS administration, and IAM, while driving automation, incident response, and compliance as a core function of the team.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in IT operations or corporate IT.
• Hands-on with MDM, identity providers and SaaS administration.
• Strong scripting and daily use of AI tooling with concrete examples.
• Proven leadership of a small IT engineering team and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint fleet strategy across macOS and Windows, including MDM and security baselines.
• Manage core SaaS stack and license administration with cost optimization.
• Administer SSO, MFA and Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycles with automation.
• Develop automation and AI solutions to increase team capacity.
• Own incident response, on-call rotations and cross-domain coordination.
• Define service levels, run ITSM workflows, and ensure audit readiness.
