Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to own the organisation's EUC, identity, collaboration, and productivity platforms in Abu Dhabi. This highly visible role blends engineering, administration, architecture, support, governance, and continuous improvement.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and enterprise endpoint strategies, while driving automation, security, and AI platform adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, FS, investment management or similarly regulated environments.
• 5-10+ years in IT Operations, End User Computing, or Infrastructure Engineering environments.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration throughout enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise across Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
• Proven experience managing enterprise endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
• Strong experience with Okta and Entra ID.
• Experience administering Jamf in enterprise macOS environments.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust and security technologies (e.g., Zscaler).
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience contributing to platform architecture, governance, and roadmaps.
• Ability to operate across strategic initiatives and day-to-day support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Lead the administration and enhancement of endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Manage identity and access platforms including Okta and Entra ID.
• Drive automation, user experience, productivity, and security initiatives.
• Develop platform standards, policies, and technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams.
