Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in IT operations, IT engineering, or corporate IT.
• Hands-on depth across endpoint, SaaS, and identity.
• Experience with vendor management and licensing negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint fleet strategy, including MDM, baselines, patching, and lifecycle.
• Oversee core SaaS stack administration and licensing negotiations.
• Administer SSO, MFA, and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycles; automate where possible.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to increase team capacity.
• Own incident response, on-call rotation, and root-cause analysis.
• Define IT service standards, SLAs, and change management.
• Lead and mentor a small IT engineering team; manage vendors and renewals.
