Job summary

Omanyp in Dubai is seeking an experienced Lead for Search Advertising to manage strategic client portfolios across Microsoft Advertising and other search platforms. You will drive campaigns from launch to optimization, ensuring performance targets are met and compliance is maintained.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver exceptional campaign results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Search Advertising or related digital marketing field.
• Hands-on Microsoft Advertising experience, certification desirable.
• Strong understanding of search policies, account troubleshooting and compliance.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships with a consultative approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence clients and internal teams.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for a portfolio of strategic search advertising clients, ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet performance objectives.
• Build relationships with clients, understand business goals, identify opportunities to drive growth and retention.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) and other search platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
• Support onboarding, activation, and end-to-end campaign setup processes for clients.
• Maintain understanding of platform policies to ensure advertiser accounts remain compliant and operational.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
