Job summary

Omnicom Media MENA in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Executive Performance to lead Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic campaigns for MENA-region clients. This role combines hands-on leadership with performance accountability to meet client objectives and drive growth.

You will own end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, collaborating with internal teams and staying ahead of platform updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Senior performance-focused role in an agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, LinkedIn and DV360.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English required, Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms.
• Drive performance by proactively optimizing campaigns and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring accurate campaign implementation, tracking, and reporting.
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices; share insights with the team.
• Ensure high campaign quality through audits and adherence to processes.
• Collaborate with planning teams to align execution with client strategies and business goals.
• Contribute to performance reporting, analysis, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
