Job summary

KPMG Middle East in the UAE is expanding its Ethics & Compliance capability and is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver ethics and compliance solutions to clients, supporting framework design, investigations, and risk assessments in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Forensic, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks, investigations, or risk assessment work.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
• Progress toward relevant professional certifications (CFE, CCEP, ICA) is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Interest in or exposure to the energy / oil & gas sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance framework design, investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence processes.
• Manage client engagements, supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and industry trends to ensure deliverable compliance.
• Identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services, prepare proposals, and participate in client pitches.
• Report progress and updates on assignments to the performance manager, team leader, or manager.
