Job summary

The successful candidate will develop ethics frameworks, conduct system audits, and provide governance guidance, with emphasis on staying current with evolving standards and regulators. Dubai-based position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field (CS, philosophy, ethics).
• Minimum 3 years experience in AI ethics or responsible AI development.
• Certifications in AI ethics (e.g., CAEP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct audits of AI systems to identify biases and ethical concerns.
• Provide ethics guidance to cross-functional teams on responsible AI development.
