Protiviti Middle East Member Firm seeks a high‑performing professional to join our AI Strategy & Governance practice, leading client engagements to assess AI maturity, define target‑state capabilities, and design scalable operating models.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with stakeholder management and deep knowledge of AI governance, risk, and enterprise transformation, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker; fluent in reading, writing & speaking both Arabic & English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI strategy and governance engagements across industries
• Conduct AI maturity assessments across dimensions such as data, technology, talent, governance, and processes
• Define target-state AI maturity models aligned with business strategy and value realization
• Design and implement enterprise AI operating models (centralized, federated, hybrid)
• Develop AI roadmaps, including prioritized use cases, capability build-out plans, and investment strategies
