DeepLight AI in the UAE seeks a Principal AI / ML Engineer to act as a technical authority, mentor, and client principal across high-impact enterprise engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams, translating executive visions into production-ready ML and Generative AI systems with high emotional intelligence.

You will oversee architecture, security, and deployment on AWS/Azure, driving scalable, compliant AI solutions for financial services and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in a quantitative field.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI frameworks and cloud MLOps.
• Proven ability to lead teams and advise clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy enterprise-grade ML models and LLM frameworks on cloud platforms.
• Serve as primary technical advisor to C-suite and engineering leads.
• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of learning.
• Navigate client organizations with EQ and clear technical storytelling.
• Design zero-trust AI security and CI/CD pipelines compliant with regulations.
