Job summary

Aqua Tech Landscaping & Contracting in Fujairah Emirate seeks an experienced Estimator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on reviewing drawings, quantifying materials and labor, preparing accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and supporting negotiations throughout project lifecycles.

You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure competitive pricing, maintain records, and uphold safety and quality standards in landscaping and contracting

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of bids for landscaping and general contracting projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications to quantify materials and labor.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents for landscaping and contracting projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, and maintain cost databases.
