Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Dubai-based Estimator with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in residential villa and apartment fit-out. You will independently take drawings and site measurements, prepare BOQs, perform quantity take-offs, build rate analyses, and obtain supplier quotations.

You will produce accurate client quotations and suggest material/finish alternatives within client budgets. You will update quotations when the scope changes and coordinate with design and project teams to

• Experience with residential villa/apartment fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, elevations and specifications.
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and performing quantity take-offs.
• Strong cost estimation and price variation analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review client drawings and site conditions; verify measurements.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for fit-out works.
• Perform quantity take-offs for interior, landscaping and pool works.
• Build rate analyses for materials, labour, plant and equipment.
• Collect quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and prepare client quotations.
• Explain pricing to clients/designers and suggest budget-aligned finishes.
• Update quotations when scope changes and track price variations.
