Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC seeks an experienced Estimator with UAE construction experience to prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape, swimming pool, irrigation and water feature projects. You will perform quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and tender submissions, while coordinating with design, procurement and project teams to ensure competitive bids.

The role requires strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills, reading drawings and specifications, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in landscape and swimming pool construction projects.
• Strong experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
• Good knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, swimming pools, water features, and associated civil works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and estimation software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or equivalent is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and market rates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscape swimming pool irrigation and water feature projects
• Review tender documents drawings specifications and BOQs
• Perform quantity take-offs from engineering drawings
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate pricing
• Prepare BOQs cost plans and tender submissions within deadlines
• Analyze project costs material requirements labor and equipment costs
• Coordinate with the design procurement and project execution teams during the bidding process
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
• Prepare bid clarifications and respond to client queries during the tender stage
• Maintain an updated database of material prices subcontractor rates and project costs
• Assist in post-award cost analysis and project handover to the execution team
