Responsibilities

• Define and quantify scope of work and prepare estimates for projects.
• Draft formal letters and communications to customers/owners.
• Ensure pricing of materials and subcontracts is prepared timely and accurately.
• Maintain involvement in change order process.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Identify sales opportunities with clients and prospects.
• Prepare estimates with take-offs, costs, and quotes.
• Assist project manager during the project lifecycle.
• Review options and select cost-effective solutions.
